Four deals a month is $99,000. Then the book takes over.

We sell commercial robots to restaurants, warehouses and facilities across Utah, from Cache Valley to St. George. You keep 40% of the gross profit on every deal you find yourself, and 20% on the ones we hand you. No cap, no ceiling, no territory tax. And you keep 20% of the service subscription for 36 months on every account you sell.

Home ground, and
nobody is working it.

There are 3,788 restaurants in Utah and over 100 million square feet of warehouse and distribution space. You can count the reps who have ever quoted a commercial robot in this state on one hand.

Restaurants cannot staff the floor

62% of US operators say they cannot fill open positions. Food running and bussing turn over at 120 to 180% a year, and every turn costs the owner $1,500 to $3,000. One robot covers 1.5 to 2 full-time positions, roughly $45,000 to $70,000 a year in wages and benefits.

The industrial belt is still growing

Salt Lake County absorbed 4.6 million square feet of industrial space this year against a 9.9% vacancy rate. Every one of those buildings has a floor that somebody is paying a night crew to clean. Janitorial runs $16 to $22 an hour before burden, and the loaded rate lands 30 to 42% above that.

Our shop is in Provo

This is the one state where we can put a technician in a van the same day. You can promise same-day service and we will actually make you right. That is the difference between a signature and a reference.

What a month actually pays.

Pick a robot, pick where the deal came from, and move the slider. Year one is the machines. Year three is the machines plus a book of service accounts that pays you every month whether you sold anything or not. These are the real published numbers, not a recruiting fantasy.

The sheet.

Every commercial unit, what it sells for, and what lands in your account. Dollars, not percentages, because a percentage is not something you can plan a mortgage around.

Robot Sells for You found it We handed it over RoboCare, monthly x36

Freight runs $500 a unit and it is already taken out of every figure on this page. What you see is what clears. The RoboCare column pays monthly for 36 months, at the same 20% whether you sourced the lead or we did.

On a leased placement you are paid a placement fee instead of the sale commission, set so you make roughly the same either way. That is deliberate. You should sell the customer what the customer can afford, never what pays you more.

The part most
recruiters skip.

If any of this is a dealbreaker, we would both rather know in week one than week five.

There is no draw

Commission only means commission only. Even with company leads, expect 30 to 60 days before your first check while a pipeline builds. Come in with a runway or do not come in.

This is a longer cycle than solar

A restaurant owner decides in a week. A warehouse or a facilities manager takes 60 to 120 days, a committee and a procurement process. The money is bigger. The wait is real.

Discounts come out of your side

Commission is calculated on the gross profit that survives the discount. Cut the price and you cut your own cheque. Every unit has a published floor and going under it needs written approval.

Ninety day chargeback

If the account cancels, returns the unit or defaults inside 90 days of install, the commission comes back. We sell installs that stick, not signatures that look good on a Friday.

Company leads carry an obligation

Those leads cost us real money. First contact inside 24 hours and every touch logged. Sit on them and the tap closes, quietly, and they route to whoever is working.

You are the whole demo

Early on you will map the floor, run the unit and train the staff yourself. If you want a product specialist to carry the technical half of the call, we do not have one yet.

You will see these people again

Utah business runs on reputation and the valley is small. An account you oversell in Lehi turns into a phone call in Draper. Sell the machine that fits the floor, not the one that pays best.

Who tends to do well here.

Door to door closers

Solar, pest, alarms. You already know how to open cold and handle a no. The ticket is bigger and the door is a business, not a porch at 7pm.

Restaurant and hospitality people

You have run a floor short-staffed on a Friday. You can describe the problem better than any deck we could write.

Equipment and B2B reps

Copiers, POS, food service, medical devices. You already know how to sell a lease to an owner and survive a procurement cycle.

Facilities and janitorial

You know what a night crew costs and who signs for it. The cleaning line is where the margin actually is.

Take a territory.

Pick a corridor: Salt Lake County, Utah County, Davis and Weber, Cache Valley or Washington County. Tell us what you have closed and we will call you back. No test, no group interview, no fee.

That is in.

We read every one of these. If it is a fit you will hear back within two business days, from a person, not an autoresponder.
